Q) HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You can contact us by email at email@example.com to advise of the issue and we will accept returns within 28 days of the purchase date. Returns won't be accepted after this timeframe unless the item has a specified Warranty.
Q) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
A) We aim to process your order in either the same or the next working day. If its the case that an item has just recently sold out or is unavailable we can have a new batch of most products within 2 days and will then post immediately. So most orders should be received within 2-5 workings days.
