This is a fantastic padded fleece from regatta. Regatta are known for great protection from the elements, hard wearing and heat retention. This fleece has a quilted lining which provides greater heat retention coupled with Thermo-Guard which traps air inside the fleece to form a natural barrier to heat loss.
