Sharpe's of Aberdeen have extended their range of quality British handmade landing nets to include a new teardrop shaped frame.
First designed in 1928, the original Gye net has stood the test of time and many anglers would agree has never been beaten.

Carried over your back, to use it, just release the webbing peel sling and the net head will fall down making the operation just one handed.

The sliding handle and net frame are constructed from high tensile aluminium, with a cast alloy powder coated block.

The net has an overall length of 48 " that when closed in 40" long. It comes with a HSH-KL4 knotless bag with 3/4" mesh and a webbing peel sling with Velcro quick release.

This is made from the same material and components that we used in our Traditional Gye nets and is manufactured here in the UK.
